In this 21st Century most people don't care about what they eat. Humas have found the habit of eating anything, as long as it is food, it is quite alright to eat but you have to watch what you eat. There are many  thousands of meal that contains lot of cholesterol and fat.
Most food produced in Nigeria contains lot of carbohydrate and starch and is very unhealthy.
Being fat exposes you to lot of infections such as: obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure etc.

By drinking of water your body system flushes out toxins and also promotes weight loss. It is advised that you take water in an empty stomach in the morning after getting up from bed and a glass of water 30 minutes before your meal, it helps you to limit the quantity of food you will take.

RUNNING (JOGGING): 
it is one of the most essential way of burning fat, while engaging in this exercise you have to at least sprint for up to 40 seconds (on interval ).

  • build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise
  • strengthen muscles.
  • improve cardiovascular fitness.

  • maintain a healthy weight.

Creating your personal meal table helps you to reduce your appetite and lose weight significantly. Your meal table should include

Low-carb vegetables

There have been celebration and jubilation amongst Nigerian citizens, especially from the Northern part of the country due to the arrival of President Muhammadu Buhari following his medical vacation in London.   Recently, on Friday a man celebrated the homecoming by drinking dirty water from the ground, followed by another man sharing water melon for free. On Saturday, A.S Aruwa posted on his twitter handle reporting that a man from Jos (Plateau state) distributed Kilishi worth N200,000 for free to celebrate the return of the President.
